Tania Weil - Fitness Coach
High-intensity, high-cardio, group kickboxing class, paired with high energy pumping music and body weight exercises; delivering a challenging and empowering full body workout in 60 minutes.
Classes combine shadowboxing, general technique, and pad work as well as other elements of interval and endurance training, mixing in body weight exercises and core conditioning; all necessary to make one leaner, fitter and more toned.
It has been accepted and recommended by sports researchers that kickboxing is amongst the best exercises or workout forms, on the grounds that it conditions the whole body. It is capable of giving a complete workout for the aerobic as well as the anaerobic cardiovascular system. In a single session one can expect to burn approximately 800-1000+ calories.

Tania Weil - Fitness Coach
MEET THE TRAINER
I’m Tania Weil, The Fitness Coach and my passion and purpose is to help driven women, not only improve their fitness levels and body shape but also to improve their health, happiness and well-being.
I have always been fascinated and astonished by the body and how it functions. This led me to pursue my bachelor’s degree in biochemistry which allowed me to gain an in depth understanding of the biological processes that occur in our body on a molecular and cellular level.
During this time, in order to cope with the workload and stress, I discovered group exercise classes and boxing. I soon fell in love with one class in particular – body combat – an empowering cardio workout inspired by a number of mixed martial arts, including: Karate, boxing, T’ai Chi, Muay Thai and Tae Kwan Do.
After participating in group classes for over 8 years I decided I wanted to take this passion one step further and instruct, motivate and spread this magic and the consequential gains with others and teach body combat.
Meanwhile this further fueled my interest and love for boxing. At the start of my body combat journey I was introduced to boxing and became allured into the art, psychology and training behind the sport. Despite including only 4 basic punches, I soon realized the complexity of boxing both mentally and physically. I found that this ‘simple’ sport is actually as premeditated as a chess game and more physically demanding than any other sport or boot camp I have ever participated in, engaging and integrating the whole body in each and every move.
